These people truly did save us, thanks to a lovely woman who translated for my daughter and I who both had terrible asthma, to the ambulance crew who took such good care of us and got us to the hospital just in time. We had infection in our lungs and we are now on antibiotics, feeling much better and the fact that the crew stayed until we had been admitted was so heartwarming. Thank you so much.
They did all they could but the covid test took 4 hours total. Two waiting in line and two for a printed result
I was in Florence for a week as an intern to see the street unit shift. Well structured and organized service. Bianca is the right person in the right place. Congratulations to all the volunteers.
More than good organization. A lot of care is taken in welcoming the user
My almost 12 year old son attended the summer camp for the first time this year. It was an incredibly joyful and stimulating week. He was very happy and always went out enthusiastically to go to the summer camp. Deep gratitude for all the beauty and competence with which the activities were managed and with which the educators related to the children: these are not easy elements to find around. We will definitely participate again next year! Thank you!!!
Super management, warm welcome like being with family. Well-kept historic building. A special thanks to Riccardo and Elisea.
The Italian Red Cross in Florence is truly Top
Absolutely the last this organization, supposedly tests from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., on the Internet it even says 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We stood with 2 children in the blazing sun at 37 degrees from 8:10 a.m. (it wasn't open yet) until 1:30 p.m. Shortly before our turn it simply closed 30 minutes earlier. There was an announcement beforehand that some of the people behind us wouldn't be able to get to it. But that was significantly further back. But the staff didn't care. Sometimes three people or just one person registered. The rest took a break.
Really the ultimate and unworthy. The fact that such an organization is allowed to call itself a non-profit is an impudence! Don't donate!!!!
Excellent wealthy always smiling, and always operational, we are strong
I would like to thank Valerio and Pietro who helped me on Wednesday 13/04 after an accident in the warehouse of the shop where I work (fibula fracture 😞) They were kind, thoughtful, efficient and scrupulous.
Thanks again. …
